🔹 2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are authorized to represent a company or place industrial/commercial orders
You understand and accept that all products are manufactured after payment, based on custom specifications
🔹 3. Custom Manufacturing
All products sold on FrostFlexUnits.com are custom-made. This includes (but is not limited to):
Cooling container dimensions and panel thickness
Motor and compressor configuration
Internal equipment and accessories
Voltage, certifications, or regional technical adaptations
❗️Once payment is received, production begins within 24 hours and cannot be canceled or modified beyond that period.
🔹 4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (€). Final pricing depends on:
Selected product type and size
Optional accessories and specifications
Shipping destination and insurance status
Accepted Payment Methods:
EUR Bank Transfer
Wise / Payoneer
Iyzico or other Shopify-supported gateways
❗️Full payment is required upfront. No partial payment or installment is accepted.
🔹 5. Production & Shipping
Production time typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on unit size and configuration.
Global shipping is offered via DHL, FedEx, or specialized freight providers.
Road and sea transport options are available for large units.
Once shipped, the buyer receives tracking information and documentation.
FrostFlex Units is not responsible for:
Customs delays
Port congestion
Strikes, war, or other force majeure events
🔹 6. Risk & Shipping Insurance
All shipments are packed securely with:
Foam padding
Wooden crates
Plastic stretch wrap
We offer optional full-value insurance for all shipments.
📌 Without insurance, the buyer assumes full responsibility for damage or loss once the goods leave our facility.
To file a damage claim:
A courier damage report must be obtained at delivery
Photographs/videos must be taken before unwrapping
These documents must be submitted for support
🔹 7. Returns & Cancellations

All FrostFlex products are industrial-grade systems. It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
Ensure proper installation by qualified technicians
Confirm local compatibility (voltage, space, regulations)
Use equipment as intended (e.g., meat cooling, shawarma production, gyros processing)
We are not liable for issues caused by:
Improper setup
Lack of ventilation
Overloading, voltage mismatch, or misuse
🔹 9. Documentation & Certification
We can provide:
CE, UL, ISO, HACCP documentation (as applicable)
User manuals, installation diagrams, and datasheets
Origin certificates or customs invoices as requested
Any additional document requirements must be requested before production begins.
🔹 10. Intellectual Property
All content on FrostFlexUnits.com, including product names, diagrams, technical drawings, and visuals, is the property of FrostFlex Units.
No content may be copied or reused without our written consent.
🔹 11. Limitation of Liability
FrostFlex Units shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Production delays due to events beyond our control
Installation errors or third-party misuse
Commercial loss, revenue loss, or opportunity cost
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order.

All disputes will be resolved:
First through direct communication
Then, if unresolved, under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts, in accordance with the laws of Türkiye
