At FrostFlex Units, every order we receive is custom-manufactured specifically for the needs of each client. This includes the selected dimensions, panel types, cooling capacity, motor preferences, and accessory configurations. For this reason, we apply a clear and professional returns and cancellation policy.
🔹 1. Custom-Made Production: No Standard Stock
All units and equipment sold through frostflexunits.com are made-to-order. We do not hold standard inventory or resale stock.
Each order is:
Engineered and manufactured based on your exact project specifications
Scheduled for cutting, assembly, and testing after payment
Ineligible for resale due to high customization
✅ For this reason, returns after production begins or delivery is completed are not accepted.
🔹 2. Order Cancellation – 24 Hour Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to frostflexunits@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: +90 532 224 91 98
After 24 hours, production begins and your order becomes final
No refunds will be issued beyond this 24-hour cancellation window
🔹 3. No Returns After Delivery
Due to the specialized, industrial nature of our equipment, we do not accept returns under the following conditions:
The unit has already been manufactured or shipped
The customer changed their mind after production
The specifications were entered incorrectly by the buyer
Delays or issues caused by customs or local delivery agents
Any issue not related to proven manufacturing defects
🔹 4. Shipping Damage Responsibility
All FrostFlex Units products are shipped using a three-layer protective system:
Foam padding
Wooden crate
Plastic stretch wrap
We take care to ensure safe delivery. However, damage during transit is possible and managing this risk is the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival.
To be eligible for any damage support or compensation:
A damage report must be filed with the shipping company at the time of delivery
The buyer must take clear photos and videos showing the issue before unpacking
These must be shared with FrostFlex Units within a reasonable timeframe
❗️If no courier report or photo documentation is provided, we cannot offer replacements or support — regardless of fault.
🔹 5. Shipping Insurance – Optional but Strongly Recommended
Shipping insurance is not included by default. However, we strongly recommend full insurance for all international shipments, especially high-value units.
Insurance can be added to your shipping quote upon request
Only insured shipments are eligible for claim processing in case of damage or loss
All claims require photo evidence + courier damage documentation
🚚 Without insurance, FrostFlex Units cannot be held liable for any damage, delay, or missing goods once dispatched.
🔹 6. Manufacturing Defects (Rare Cases)
In the unlikely event of a confirmed manufacturing defect:
We will evaluate the case based on technical photos/videos and production records
If proven, FrostFlex Units may offer:
Repair support
Replacement of defective parts
Partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)
All production is recorded and inspected prior to dispatch to avoid such cases.

🔹 8. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, FrostFlex Units prioritizes resolution via direct communication and documentation.
If unresolved, legal jurisdiction is Istanbul, Türkiye, under relevant trade and export regulations.
