Industrial personnel hygiene barriers designed to ensure complete sanitization before entering food production zones. Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, these systems integrate hand washing, disinfection, and sole cleaning steps in one automatic sequence — guaranteeing food safety and hygiene compliance.

  • Handles high capacity — up to 1500 persons/day depending on the model.

  • Includes sensor-activated soap and disinfectant dispensers for contact-free operation.

  • Power Supply: 220–240 V 50 Hz (Single-phase) or 380–400 V 50 Hz (Three-phase)

  • Water Supply: Cold or mixed water inlet with pressure regulator

  • Drainage: Floor drain connection for sole cleaning section

  • Cycle Steps: Hand wash → Hand disinfection → Sole cleaning → Turnstile unlock

  • Safety: Emergency free-turn mode for exit; indicator lights for pass/fail status

  • Capacity: Single lane: 25–30 persons/minute; Double lane: 40–50 persons/minute

  • Maintenance: Replaceable sole brushes and disinfectant tanks
