At FrostFlex Units, we design every product for fast deployment and user-friendly setup — whether it's a compact portable freezer or a full-scale blast freezer system. This page outlines what you can expect in terms of delivery, setup, and initial use.

🔧 Installation Types by Product

Depending on the type and size of equipment you’ve ordered, the installation process may fall into one of the following categories:

🔹 1. Plug & Play (No Setup Required)

Some of our smaller or modular units are delivered fully assembled and tested. These models can be operated immediately upon delivery:

  • Just plug into the appropriate power source

  • Pre-configured cooling settings

  • Basic user manual included

⚡ Perfect for portable cold storage units and smaller refrigerated cabinets.

🔹 2. Remote-Guided Installation

Most mid-size equipment can be installed on-site by the customer with our remote guidance:

  • Video/photo instructions provided

  • Online session with a FrostFlex technician

  • Error codes and startup instructions explained

  • Documentation in multiple languages

📱 Support is available via WhatsApp, email, and video call.

🔹 3. On-Site Installation & Commissioning

For large-scale systems or where high precision is required, our technical team offers:

  • On-location delivery, setup, and calibration

  • Handover only after full functionality testing

  • Optional training for your operations staff

  • Service includes leveling, sealing, testing, and tuning

🚚 On-site installations are scheduled in advance and travel costs are the responsibility of the client.

🛠️ Setup Requirements

Before your equipment arrives, please ensure the following:

  • Power Supply Compatibility (Voltage, Phase, Amperage)

  • Proper Flooring & Ventilation

  • Drainage Outlet (if required)

  • Entry Door Dimensions (to fit large units)

If any additional preparation is needed, we will inform you before delivery.

Every shipment includes:

  • 📘 Setup Manual (PDF and print)

  • 🧰 Tool Requirements (if needed)

  • 🔌 Power Connection Diagram

  • 🖼️ Equipment Label with Model & Serial Numbers

🔍 Final Testing & Handover

  • All equipment is tested in our factory prior to shipment.

  • Upon installation, we advise allowing the unit to stabilize for 4–8 hours before loading.

  • Freezers should reach -18°C to -40°C depending on configuration before first use.
