Everything You Need to Know Before Ordering


🔹 What products do you offer?

We provide mobile and modular cold chain equipment, including:

  • Blast Freezer Units

  • Cold Storage Units

  • Chiller Units (Non-Freezing, +2°C to +8°C)

  • Wall-Mounted Cooling Systems

  • Air Curtains & Strip Doors

  • Accessories (Trolleys, Shelves, Containers, etc.)


🔹 Are the units ready in stock?

No. All units are custom-built after payment confirmation to meet your specific capacity, voltage, and use-case requirements.


🔹 What industries do you serve?

Our units are widely used in:

  • Döner & Shawarma production

  • Gyros (Greek-style meat)

  • Poultry & Meat processing

  • Ice cream & Dairy production

  • Catering & Mobile kitchens

  • Event logistics, Retail chains, Bakeries


🔹 Do your products have a warranty?

Yes. All FrostFlex Units come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This includes motor and structural components, excluding misuse or improper installation.


🔹 Are your products certified?

Absolutely. All components are selected from internationally certified manufacturers (CE, ISO) and meet EU hygiene standards.


🔹 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After this window, we begin production and cannot accept cancellations.


🔹 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Europe, the Gulf region, North Africa, and select global destinations via trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx. Large units may ship by road or sea freight.


🔹 How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 10 to 20 business days depending on the unit type and quantity. You will be notified once your unit is ready for shipment.


🔹 Do I need to insure the shipment?

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. FrostFlexUnits is not responsible for any damage after delivery. Customers must:

  • Inspect the goods upon delivery

  • File a damage report with the courier immediately if issues are found

  • Ensure a proper damage report is collected before signing off

Late claims without a courier report will not be accepted.


🔹 What if my unit arrives damaged?

If the product is visibly damaged upon delivery:

  1. Do NOT accept without inspection.

  2. Take photos and request a written damage report from the courier.

  3. Contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately with documentation.

Without a courier report, we cannot process damage-related claims.


🔹 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via Shopify, including credit cards and international bank transfers. Payments are accepted in Euro (€).


🔹 Do you offer installation services?

We provide on-site technical assistance upon request, but all travel and service expenses are the customer’s responsibility. Remote assistance is available when needed.
