1-Year Limited Warranty on All FrostFlex Units

At FrostFlex Units, we take pride in delivering high-performance refrigeration and cooling systems designed for commercial applications such as döner, shawarma, gyros, and poultry processing. To support your investment, we offer a standard 1-year limited warranty on all our products.

✅ What’s Covered

• All manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Electronic components, cooling systems, and certified parts

• Functionality issues resulting from proper use under normal conditions

• Units used for authorized commercial purposes only

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Power surges, voltage mismatch, or natural disasters

• Cosmetic wear and tear that doesn’t affect functionality

• Consumable parts (e.g., gaskets, filters) beyond normal wear

🛠 Warranty Process

1. Contact us immediately if a problem arises.

2. Submit photo/video evidence and a description of the issue.

3. Our technical team will perform a remote assessment.

4. If needed, we may:

   • Guide remote repair

   • Ship replacement parts

   • Offer repair or replacement service onsite (travel costs covered by client)

⏳ Important Notes

• Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.

• Proof of purchase and serial number must be presented.

• Units must be used and maintained in line with our Product Care & Maintenance guidelines.

All FrostFlex Units are built using internationally certified materials and parts. Only use authorized components to preserve warranty coverage.
